COMING IN 2025: Cobweb Broom Class

Service Description

Unleash your creativity and join our Cobweb Broom making workshop. Your broom will be approximately 60" - 70” long, have a pine handle, and be personalized with your favorite twine color. Primitive wood handles will be available for an additional $5.00 paid on the day of class. This class teaches the process of making a cobweb broom from beginning to end. Broom making is physical, it takes a hand, arm, and leg strength. You will be using a foot spindle to bind your broom tight. I can assist you along the way 😊 This workshop is appropriate for all levels including beginners. Class fee is $80. per participant, includes materials and use of shop tools. We can accommodate 4 participants in each workshop; our small classes allow for individualized attention. This is a fun activity to do with your friends. We will break as needed. Please bring any drinks or snacks desired. A refrigerator is available. Classes are intended for adults, 18 years and older. Only class participants may attend; please do not bring children, visitors, or pets. Cobweb Brooms have many uses: ▪️Cobweb Broom - lightweight, great for those pesky dust webs in corners and high on ceilings ▪️Wedding Broom - can be customized with the couple's colors, decorated with the wedding flowers or ribbons. While many wedding brooms are only 30”-40”, at approx. 60”- 70” this broom is long enough for a couple to jump the broom together. ▪️Decorative witch’s broom - whether you’re going to an event or decorating your home, your broom will be a show stopper!
