Service Description

One Day Basket Class! When: Saturday May 16th Where: Appalachian Willows Workshop, Palestine, WV Time: 9 am til 5 pm Materials included in price. You can choose barked willow, or mixture of barked and peeled willow as pictured. All tools needed will be supplied in class. This is a full day willow class, from 9 am to 5 pm. Some hand, wrist, arm strength is needed. All participants must be over 18 years of age. Class is offered on a sliding scale, see information below. Great serving basket for bread or chips. It will look great on your table or kitchen counter with fruit. Only participants may attend, no guests, pets, or children. If you have an issue with childcare please contact me. I understand these things happen and will arrange a refund. Please bring a bag lunch, snacks, and drinks. We’ll have access to a refrigerator to store food and drinks. This class is offered at a Sliding Scale. Here is some guidance on what that means. Please choose the pricing tier you are comfortable with. -Tier 1 Actual Cost: This price is for those who are able to meet their basic needs and have a bit of expendable income for entertainment or enrichment classes, such as this one. -Tier 2 Supported: For those who either are able to meet their basic needs but have little to no expendable income or may at times struggle to meet their basic needs and find the full price out of reach. - Tier 3 Pay It Forward: Essentially an opportunity to not only take the class yourself but also support your fellow community members by paying a bit above the actual cost.
